1. Introduction and Acceptance

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which are stated at the time the offer is published.
• If a withdrawal is requested after accepting a bonus but before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Claiming a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or from the same IP address is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 44bat VIP program has four tiers, as follows:

• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progression through each tier is determined based on the type and volume of play. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final only once a confirmation is received from the system. A bet for which no confirmation is received due to a technical error or connection disruption will not be considered valid.

6.2 Results and Payouts

The outcome of all games is determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or via live dealers. 44bat is committed to ensuring fair play. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with the support team within 72 hours.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

The outcome of bets on all cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — is determined based on the official result. If a match is cancelled or ends before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Manipulating bets through artificial means or software;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions (bonus hunting, multi-accounting);
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering;
• Engaging in fraudulent or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff;
• Using bots, macros, or any other automated software;

8. Account Suspension and Closure
